Day 1 – Kuala Namu Airport (KNO) or Medan to Bukit Lawang

Your private driver will meet you at Kuala Namu International Airport or your hotel in Medan before departing for Bukit Lawang.

The drive takes approximately 3–4 hours, passing local villages, plantations, and beautiful countryside scenery.

After checking into your hotel, the rest of the day is yours to relax. You may stroll along the Bohorok River, explore the village, or simply enjoy the peaceful rainforest atmosphere.

Day 2 – Orangutan Jungle Trekking (Day 1)

After breakfast at around 9:00 AM, meet your licensed jungle guide before entering Gunung Leuser National Park.

Today’s trek lasts approximately 6–7 hours, offering opportunities to observe incredible rainforest wildlife including:

• Wild Sumatran Orangutans
• Thomas Leaf Monkeys
• White-handed Gibbons
• Long-tailed Macaques
• Hornbills
• Exotic tropical birds
• Giant rainforest trees

Enjoy a freshly prepared jungle lunch followed by seasonal tropical fruits.

Continue trekking to your riverside campsite where you can swim, relax with tea or coffee, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

After dinner, spend the evening around the campfire (weather permitting) before resting beneath the rainforest canopy.

Day 3 – Jungle Trekking, River Tubing & Return to Bukit Lawang

Wake up surrounded by nature and enjoy breakfast at camp.

Spend the morning exploring another section of the rainforest or visiting a nearby waterfall while continuing to search for wildlife.

After lunch, return to Bukit Lawang by traditional river tubing, floating along the beautiful Bohorok River.

The remainder of the afternoon is free to relax at your hotel.

Day 4 – Bukit Lawang – Berastagi – Lake Toba – Samosir Island

After breakfast, begin your scenic journey toward Lake Toba.

Along the way, stop in Berastagi, a charming mountain town famous for its cool climate and colorful fruit market.

Continue to the spectacular Sipiso-Piso Waterfall, one of Indonesia’s tallest waterfalls, where you can enjoy panoramic views overlooking Lake Toba.

Arrive at Parapat in the afternoon before taking the ferry across Lake Toba to beautiful Samosir Island.

Check into your lakeside hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening.

Day 5 – Explore Samosir Island

After breakfast, begin exploring the fascinating culture and history of the Batak people.

Today’s highlights include:

• Visit Ambarita Stone Chair Village
• Explore the Batak Museum in Simanindo
• Watch the traditional Batak dance performance
• Visit local villages producing handmade Ulos weaving
• Enjoy stunning views of Lake Toba
• Free time to relax by the lake

Return to your hotel in the afternoon.

Day 6 – Samosir Island to Medan or Kuala Namu Airport

After breakfast, take the ferry back to Parapat before continuing your journey to Medan.

The drive takes approximately 4–5 hours, depending on traffic conditions.
